These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PawOps, a software platform for dog boarding and training businesses, operated by Gabriel Tierra, d/b/a PawOps (“PawOps,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using PawOps, you agree to these Terms.
PawOps is intended for legitimate dog boarding, training, and related pet-care businesses and their staff. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of information your business enters, and for keeping staff login credentials secure.
You (the Customer business) own the client, dog, and operational data you enter into PawOps. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to collect and store the client and dog information you enter, and for your own compliance with any laws that apply to your business.
If you connect a Google Calendar or Google Ads account, you authorize PawOps to access that account only for the specific features you enable (e.g., syncing approved bookings to your calendar, or displaying your ad performance data). You can disconnect at any time from Settings. PawOps is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services we integrate with.
If you enable the client portal, your clients may sign in with a one-time email link to view their dog's photos and updates, request booking dates, and message your business. You control what data is visible there by what you log in PawOps — a client only ever sees information tied to their own dogs.
You agree not to use PawOps to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access another business's data, to interfere with the service's operation, or to use the messaging features (SMS, email, calls) for unsolicited communications unrelated to your legitimate business operations.
Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are as presented to you at signup or in your account. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
We aim to keep PawOps available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features over time, including this early in the product's life as we work with pilot customers to refine it.
You may stop using PawOps and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms or for non-payment, with notice where practical.
PawOps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. PawOps is a record-keeping and operations tool — it does not replace professional judgment for the care, medical, or behavioral handling of any animal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
